The Volume Activation Services role needs to be installed on the Windows KMS Server host.
Install-WindowsFeature -Name VolumeActivation -IncludeAllSubFeature –IncludeManagementToolsSign in to Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) Volume Licensing Service Center (microsoft.com)
go to Download and keys >search Server 2022 datacenter > click KEY > copy the KMS key
Log in to your KMS server and use these commands to prepare the KMS for the Server 2022 activation.
remove current KMS key (if exists)
slmgr /upkinstall new KMS key
slmgr /ipk R47NX-MVMYR-98PV9-XYVXY-XBXCHactivate KMS
slmgr /atorestart service
Restart-Service -Name sppsvcpublish KMS SRV records to DNS (if not already done)
slmgr /sdnscheck KMS
slmgr.vbs /dlvCommands :

thanks for the keys , but the KMS activation is only for 180 days, after 180 days, you need to activate it again , it is troublesome, and if you find a KMS key online , it has as risk of black screen if the key is blocked !
I get the retail server 2022 datacenter product key from the Microsoft partner online store keyingo.com, and it is easier to activate with the retail key, and you wont have any problems in the future too
For this process to work you have an KMS server. Your KMS server is hosted internally, this server is activated with the EA agreement contract licenses. So your server contacts the KMS license server and then gets activated.
