In Edge when visiting an older https site I received the error : ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
To workaround this issue you may use the option reload in internet explorer mode.
First enable IE Mode locally
Browse to edge://settings/defaultBrowser
Change setting “Allow site to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode” to Allow.
When you browse to the site and choose in the upper right corner the three dots …
Then choose Reload in Internet Explorer mode the site will open.
